創立超智諮詢之前，我曾在大學任教多年，這段時間深刻地意識到，只有理論或實踐都是不足的。在教學過程中，發現許多學生在完成理論學習後，仍然缺乏實踐經驗，而實際工作中又常常需要更多的理論支持。這種現象也不僅存在於學生中，同樣也存在於業界人士之中。現在自己作為一位實踐者，期許超智諮詢能夠做為橋樑，將業界較為缺乏的理論補上，從而幫助業界更好地理解和應用學術理論。正是出於這樣的想法，在超智諮詢成立的過程中，努力結合理論和實踐，通過與全球知名大學和研究機構的合作，將學術理論與最實用的商業應用結合起來，不斷地優化提升服務品質，為客戶提供更好的解決方案，實現更好的商業和社會效益。

Served as regulatory consulting expert to CCAF’s research projects commissioned by FCO (UK), FinTechSpace (Taiwan), Asian Development Bank Institute (Japan), UNSGSA (United Nation), KPMG (Australia), and CME Group Foundation (US) on theeconomic and regulatory issues related to different types of FinTech business activities. Reviewed regulations related to FinTech across countries in Asia-Pacific region. Identified potential market barriers and evaluated how innovative regulations could accelerate and support industrial ecosystem. 

 

In the research project The ASEAN FinTech Ecosystem Benchmarking Study commissioned by FinTechSpace (Taiwan) and Asian Development Bank Institute (Japan), managed team conducting empirical study to track market development and also reviewing regulations in FinTech space across 10 ASEAN countries and Taiwan. Provided a comparative landscape of innovative regulations across a range of FinTech business activities.

 

In the research project The 2nd Asia-Pacific Alternative Finance Benchmarking Report commissioned by KPMG Australia, managed team conducting empirical study to track market development and also reviewing regulations in FinTech space across Asia-Pacific region and Greater China. 

 

In the research project Guide to Promoting Financial & Regulatory Innovation commissioned by UK Embassy in Beijing and FCO, supported the team to understand the regulatory context in China and how could Chinese financial authorities adopt innovative regulations to build a stable financial system and also encourage innovation.
